Holo barriers, grapples, rolling turrets, and a rising percentage overlay; the card showed no platforms or studio.

Like or Die, a first-person shooter whose title card followed a fast, gadget-heavy trailer at Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026, was one of the night’s blink-and-miss reveals. The card showed the name over its two leads, a young woman in a cream-and-yellow tracksuit and a blonde companion, but no platforms, date, or studio were legible on the stream.

The footage is a city torn into floating islands, all autumn trees, Korean shop signs, and chunks of road hanging in the sky. The player swaps between a revolver, an SMG, a shotgun, and a scoped rifle, throws up a holographic barrier, grapples between island edges, deploys a rolling turret, and is pulled up by a hovering drone. A scoreboard-style overlay with a rising percentage and a live roster suggests an arena or streamer-themed format, and the shoe-on-a-grid shot with scrolling digits leans the same way.

The trailer did not identify the developer, though the signage and cast point to a Korean studio.
