Splashteam, the studio behind Tinykin, revealed its next game during the Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 pre-show: Acornia: Mirror Worlds, due in 2027 on Steam, Nintendo Switch 2, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The Arcade Crew’s logo also appears on the card.

The trailer stars a round cartoon hamster-like character and splits its time between two very different modes. One is cozy: a bright shop or café filled with animal customers at tables, shelves of pies and strawberry tarts, and a set of collectible cards. The other is not: the same character is pulled through a mirror into a dark, red-lit world of floating platforms where it fights in top-down arena battles, smashing pots and dodging bursts of enemies.

The animation is fully hand-drawn in cutscenes and switches to 3D for the gameplay sections. No price or more precise date was given.
