Elta: Defy All Gods, a third-person action game from Dreamscaper developer Afterburner Studios and publisher Focus Entertainment, was announced during the Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 pre-show for early 2027 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. It can be wishlisted now.
The trailer opens in a frozen ruin where a hulking warrior in red armour, with a glowing core set into its chest and burning red eyes, is joined by a small green dragon-like creature that perches on its shoulder. The pair face an ice dragon, a giant pale figure with many arms, and packs of blue-skinned brutes across snowfields and sun-baked canyons.
The combat footage is fast and heavy: the warrior slams enemies with a mace, charges through a glowing shockwave that flattens a crowd, and unleashes a burst of white lightning, while the companion breathes fire from the shoulder. The card’s tagline is the subtitle itself, “defy all gods”.
