Shen’dralas is the second of four new regions coming to World of Warcraft: Forever, introduced during the World of Warcraft: Forever What’s Next panel at BlizzCon 2026 right after Mount Hyjal. The slide read “Shen’dralas, Hidden in Plain Sight”, and the map behind it placed the zone between Desolace, Mulgore, and Feralas.
“If you’ve ever flown between Mulgore and Desolace, you’ve probably seen a set of ancient ruins passing far below,” the presenter said. “A small detail in the world, a mystery hiding in plain sight.” Those ruins are the zone. Players meet Mordent Evenshade there and learn more about the Shen’dralar, the people whose history is tied to Eldre’Thalas, Dire Maul, and Prince Tortheldrin.
The zone also continues storylines involving the Gelkis and Magram centaur tribes, and the team said it gives players new reasons to visit dungeons like Maraudon and Razorfen Downs. The slides showed domed ruins overgrown in a dark green valley, a zone map with a settlement at its centre, and a white-haired figure holding a glowing light in a doorway.
“Even the smallest corner of the world can become a truly memorable adventure,” the presenter said. No level range was given for Shen’dralas, and the panel did not say whether it is a leveling or endgame zone. The third region, Riverglades, was on screen as this segment ended.
