Warcraft III: Reforged’s new Forsaken Kingdom campaign is out today. Blizzard president Johanna Faries confirmed the shadow-drop on the BlizzCon 2026 Opening Ceremony stage minutes after the campaign was announced: “Warcraft 3, Forsaken Kingdom launches today, and if you’re here at BlizzCon you can play it on the show floor.”

Forsaken Kingdom is the first new Warcraft 3 campaign in 23 years, according to Blizzard. It covers the fall of Lordaeron and its transformation into the Undercity, with Sylvanas among the returning characters, and it ships alongside a new prologue titled The Last Days of Lordaeron and a set of Reforged updates shown in a second trailer.

Faries said she has played through it. “Playing through this campaign really is amazing. It’s been so much fun. It really takes me back and gives me all the feels,” she said, and pointed to two Warcraft 3 panels later today for more.

No price was given on stage, and the stream did not say whether the campaign is a free update or paid content. The trailers did not list platforms beyond the Warcraft III: Reforged branding.
