Mythic Charms are coming to Diablo IV, and the team explained where they come from during the Diablo IV: What’s Next panel at BlizzCon 2026, in a stretch of the panel about Mythic changes made in response to player feedback.
“Whenever a unique charm drops, it has a very small chance to become a Mythic,” the team said. “So anywhere you’re likely to get a lot of charms, you’ll have a chance to get a Mythic Charm as well.”
Charms are Talisman items. The demo that followed showed the Talisman panel next to the Horadric Cube with a full set of five Cathan’s Righteous Will set charms slotted, and the same segment introduced Horadric Reroll, a new Cube recipe that randomizes the base affixes on charms and seals.
The panel did not say what a Mythic Charm does beyond a unique charm, how small the drop chance is, or whether Mythic Charms count toward the single crafted Mythic unique a character can equip. No individual Mythic Charm was named or shown with its stats.
