Two new Horadric Cube recipes for rerolling affixes, Horadric Reroll and Affix Value Reroll, were shown during the Diablo IV: What’s Next panel at BlizzCon 2026.
Horadric Reroll is “for any Talisman item, charms or seals,” the team said, “and you can fully randomize just the base affixes without touching anything else. So if you really like the configuration you have and you really just want to perfect it a little more, that’s what this recipe is for.” In the demo it was used on Fer of Righteous Will, a set charm, and a prompt warned that the transmute “will bind it to your account, making this item untradeable.”
Affix Value Reroll was described as similar but for equipment. The recipe text on screen says it “randomizes the values of all base Affixes on an equipment or Talisman item.” It does not affect greater affixes, tempered affixes, enchanted affixes, transfigured affixes, legendary powers, or unique powers. It takes any Rare or better equipment or Talisman item, one Attuned Primordial Dust, and 100 Raw Primordial Dust, with Horadric Resin listed as optional. The demo ran it on a pair of Ancestral Legendary boots, Sticker-Thought Runic Cleats.
The materials for Horadric Reroll were not read out or listed on screen, and neither recipe was given a usage limit.
