    In Hollow Knight: Silksong Act 1, all mobility items unlock in sequence: Silkspear in Moss Grotto, Swift Step in Deep Docks, Drifter’s Cloak from the Seamstress quest in Far Fields, Cling Grip after Sister Splinter in Shellwood, and Needolin from the Widow boss. These upgrades enable full Act 1 exploration before Act 2.
