Brad Chan, senior manager on Warcraft RTS, laid out the shape of Forsaken Kingdom at the Warcraft III: Reforged Forsaken Kingdom What’s Next panel at BlizzCon 2026. The new content is two campaigns: a prologue called The Last Days of Lordaeron and the main campaign, Forsaken Kingdom.

Chan said the story sits in “the four-year gap between Warcraft 3 and World of Warcraft,” following “the infamous events of when Arthas returns to Lordaeron” through to the point where Sylvanas and her Forsaken forces join the Horde. “This campaign will have around 30 hours of gameplay and about one hour of in-game cinematics,” he said. “So it’s a pretty chunky experience.”

Patch 3.0 ships alongside the campaign. Chan said it “adds a new Definitive Edition to the game” and brings its graphics to all existing Reforged users. He repeated that all of it is available today, and that a hundred PCs are set up on the classic stage in Hall A for attendees who want to play it at the show.

The overview slide listed four items under the Warcraft III: Reforged banner: Last Days of Lordaeron, Forsaken Kingdom, Definitive Edition, and the Forsaken Paladin. Chan did not give a mission count for the main campaign in this part of the panel, and pricing and how the campaign is sold had not come up yet.
