Dotemu and developer Triskell Interactive announced that Theos: Cities of Myth will launch on PC (Steam) on November 4, 2026. The city-building game is inspired by classics like Pharaoh and comes from the creators of Pharaoh: A New Era.

The game tasks players with building and managing cities in ancient Greece while managing relationships with seven Greek deities. Completing the desires of gods like Ares and Athena unlocks blessings and boons, while neglecting them risks their wrath. Players can also attract historical figures such as Aristotle to their settlements.

Theos features both campaign and sandbox modes, with dozens of hours of content according to the studio. The game includes real-time battles against rival cities, which can be fought defensively or used to expand your territory through conquest. The building tools are refined from Pharaoh: A New Era, with improvements to UI and genre conventions designed to welcome both newcomers and experienced city-builders.

A new trailer showcasing gameplay is now available.
