PlayStation’s Black Friday Deals started today, and the biggest discounts on this year’s major games are on Deluxe editions. NBA 2K27 Deluxe is 55% off and 007 First Light Deluxe is 50% off, while both standard versions are still $69.99 on the US PlayStation Store.
007 First Light Deluxe is $30 cheaper than the standard game
That creates an odd result: for several games, the bigger edition now costs less than the base one. 007 First Light Deluxe is $39.99 against $69.99 for standard, and NBA 2K27 Deluxe is $44.99 against the same $69.99. Marvel’s Wolverine, SAROS and The Blood of Dawnwalker follow the same pattern with smaller gaps. Check the edition before you buy.
| Game | Standard edition | Deluxe edition |
|---|---|---|
| 007 First Light | $69.99 | $39.99 (50% off $79.99) |
| NBA 2K27 | $69.99 | $44.99 (55% off $99.99) |
| Marvel’s Wolverine | $69.99 | $59.99 (25% off $79.99) |
| SAROS | $69.99 | $59.99 (25% off $79.99) |
| The Blood of Dawnwalker | $69.99 | $63.99 Eclipse Edition (20% off $79.99) |
| Beast of Reincarnation | $44.99 (25% off $59.99) | $52.49 (25% off $69.99) |
| Silent Hill: Townfall | $39.99 (20% off $49.99) | $59.99 (no discount) |
These are US prices from the PlayStation Store on November 4. Sony says discounts may differ by region.
Silent Hill: Townfall and Beast of Reincarnation break the pattern
It isn’t Deluxe-only across the board. Silent Hill: Townfall’s standard edition is $39.99 while its Deluxe stays at full price. Beast of Reincarnation has both editions at 25% off, so standard remains the cheaper way in.
New titles join November 16, and some deals end November 20
Sony advertises discounts of up to 75% across thousands of PS5, PS4 and PS VR2 games, expansions and DLC. The promotion refreshes on November 16 and ends November 30, but certain discounts finish on November 20 and some will be replaced by new offers. Sony says to check each item’s product page, so don’t assume a price holds until the end of the month.
