Team Liquid won the Mythic Dungeon International Grand Finals at BlizzCon 2026 on Sunday, beating Big Lucky 3-1 in the best-of-five final in Anaheim. Yipz, Xesevi, Ashine, Boomie, and Wolfdisco take the $150,000 first-place share of the $300,000 prize pool, according to Liquipedia.
The deciding game was Voidscar Arena at +16. Liquid killed the first boss, Taz’Rah, with a 5:10 split to Big Lucky’s 5:39, then beat Atroxus in 3:47 against 4:01. The casters singled out the trash pull at the top of the stairs as the one that could decide the title. Liquid cleared it without a death, while Big Lucky’s Blood Death Knight tank, Shun, dropped low several times as his team ran through its defensive cooldowns.
Liquid hit the final boss, Charonus, with Bloodlust and its major cooldowns, and already had it down to 33 percent health when Big Lucky pulled theirs. When Liquid’s boss reached 1 percent at 13:14, Big Lucky’s still had a third of its health left. Liquid finished at 13:16 with no deaths. “3-1, they are your champions,” the casters called.
Big Lucky took the opening map, The Blinding Vale. Liquid answered with Den of Nalorakk in 13:41, about 11 seconds ahead, then Temple of Sethraliss, where two Big Lucky deaths added 30 seconds to their time. Liquid reached the final by beating Mandatory 2-1, and Big Lucky beat Team Dignitas 2-1. The casters called Liquid the first North American MDI champions in seven years.
