Dominus Gladiatus is out now on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. Brain Seal Ltd and PlayWay S.A. released the gladiator management sim on November 5, 2026, according to the publisher.
The game puts you in charge of a gladiator school. You pick one of six Domini and compete against the other five across a full season of tournaments, with the championship as the prize. Rivals each run their own school and are chasing the same title.
How the Ludus works
You scout the market for overlooked talent, expand your facilities and turn untested recruits into crowd favorites. According to the studio, a fighter’s form depends on how well they are looked after, so rest, morale and recovery matter as much as training.
Fights play out as tactical auto-battles, either one-on-one duels or team clashes. Your skills, loadouts and positioning are set beforehand, and the crowd also influences how a day ends.
The game is priced at $19.99, £16.99 and €19.99, with a 20% launch discount. It supports 16 languages with full English audio and subtitles. Brain Seal is the studio behind Story of a Gladiator and the Dark Quest series.
