CookieRun: Crumble launched today worldwide on Android, iOS, and PC. The deck-building auto-battler RPG is the franchise’s second major launch this year and marks another expansion beyond the original Kingdom game.
Players build teams of up to 12 Cookies and choose which characters to bring into battles before each fight starts. The game emphasizes team composition and Pet Companion Effects that can shift battles. The story follows a crew of underqualified Cookies chasing bounties, featuring alternate-universe versions of characters like Oven Wanderer Cookie and Brightseeker Cookie.
Launch modes include Crumble Dungeon, a boss battle where every Cookie a player owns fights at once; Plaque Tower, a floor-climbing mode; and Crumb Clash, a base-building mode with large-scale skirmishes between Cookies, Pets, and armies. The game blends collectible progression with auto-battler mechanics and the franchise’s signature humor.
According to the publisher, the CookieRun franchise has surpassed 300 million players worldwide and generated over 1 billion dollars in lifetime revenue.
CookieRun: Kingdom is also receiving the Tartrus of Oblivion update, which continues the Timeline of Fate story with two new Cookies and the Trials of the Nether Realm seasonal mode. The update introduces Legendary Nether Queen Cookie and Epic Asphodel Cookie, plus Star Collection and Star Ability progression systems.
