Don’t Lose Aggro, the singleplayer action roguelite about MMO tanking, is preparing its first major Early Access update and opening community playtesting starting soon. Developer Oren Koren is inviting players to test the changes before a broader release.
The playtest includes significant changes shaped by player feedback since the game’s April launch. The threat and aggro system is being overhauled to create more decision-making and responsiveness in combat. Party size is increasing so players protect multiple companions at once, and a new Summoner companion lets players control an army of undead.
The update also adds new weapons and shields, buffs and debuffs, dungeon modifiers, and new abilities and upgrades. Players interested in testing can sign up through a dedicated form to receive access when the playtest goes live.
Don’t Lose Aggro is currently in Early Access on Steam. The game puts players in a tank role, drawing inspiration from MMO raid mechanics and adapting them into a roguelike format where players manage enemy attention, protect companions, and build characters through talent choices.
