Jackbox Games has announced release dates for two party games arriving later this year. Trivia Murder Party 3, the first standalone sequel to the Party Pack series favorite, launches on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on September 17. The Jackbox Party Pack 12 follows on October 15 across PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, Apple TV, iPad, and Mac App Store.
Trivia Murder Party 3 is a trivia game set at a summer camp with a deadly twist. According to the studio, it features online multiplayer for the first time alongside local play, new mini-games, and solo play options. The standalone release will launch in early access on September 17, with a full 1.0 release planned for 2025 on PC, Xbox, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5.
The Jackbox Party Pack 12 contains five original games. According to Jackbox Games, the series has accumulated over 826 million games started since December 2022. Like previous entries, both new releases let players use their smartphones as controllers.
