The short answer
- Town Hall
- The third-floor office has no code: it opens with the Town Hall Office Key from the basement. The Operations Office locker is 1893. Set the roof clock to 10:07 with the Crank Handle (10:06 and 10:08 also work).
- Phone numbers
- Six numbers work from any payphone: 77221 saves, 58883 gets the gun locker code, 5888 plus a room number calls other motel guests, 5532484 is a sermon, 55266624 is a tip line, and 911 earns an achievement.
- Most-asked codes
- General Store freezer 2311, gift shop locker 6671, Sheriff’s Office door 1715, funeral home 752, fishing shack 4514, Thelend green safe 66666.
- The exception
- The Crimson Bear Motel gate code is different in every save. Read it from Eddie Velvet’s row in the Motel Guest Ledger. Every other code is fixed, and neither hotfix changed any of them.

- Town Hall: office opens with a key, not a code. Locker 1893. Clock 10:07.
- Phones: each call costs a coin. 77221 saves your game.
- Cracked walls: the Sledgehammer, leaning on the well in the Upper Church Hill cemetery.

What this guide helps you do
Silver Pines locks a lot of its progress behind keypads, safes, padlocks and phone calls, and almost every answer is hidden in a note, a calendar or a photo a room or two away. This page lists every code and puzzle answer in the game with where to find the clue, every phone number that works, and a full walkthrough of the Town Hall, the building players get stuck in most.
Checked against Hotfix 2 from October 16, 2026, the latest update. Neither hotfix changed a code. For saving, see how saving works; for the three endings, our endings guide; for weapons, the shotgun and weapons guide.

Every phone number in Silver Pines
Payphones are dotted around town: in Riverside, by the motel pool gate and courtyard, in the sewer control room, at the Quiet Hour Cafe and in the Town Hall room marked Phone. Each call costs one coin. These are the only numbers anyone has found that do something.
| Number | What happens | Where you learn it |
|---|---|---|
| 77221 | Mr Jackman answers and your game saves. | Already in your address book. |
| 58883 | A crying woman in Crimson Bear Room 3 gives you the weapon locker code, 6671. Unlocks the achievement Call me… | The Crimson Bear Welcome Booklet: rooms are 5888 plus the room number. |
| 5888 + room number | Reaches the other Crimson Bear guests. | Same booklet. |
| 5532484, (55) FAITH | A short, unsettling sermon about the little man from the Rabbit Hole. No reward. | The Loomis Street billboard: “Find peace, let him in, (55) FAITH”. |
| 55266624, 55-CONMAG | The CONMAG paranormal tip line. Leave a message and they call back, then hang up. No reward. | Not documented. FAITH and CONMAG are keypad letters. |
| 911 | The operator treats you as a prank caller; call again and they threaten to block you. Unlocks A Call for Help. | Nowhere. Just dial it. |

Town Hall walkthrough: key, locker, clock and masks
The Town Hall chain runs Loomis Park barricade, then the Town Hall, then three masks for the Loomis Park statue, which gives you Cable Station Bell F. There is no office code to find; it is a key. Here is the order.
Grab the Fireplace Tongs
In the room marked Phone, the one with the payphone. You need them at the end.
Get the Town Hall Office Key
In the basement, in a jacket hanging on the ladder.
Open the third-floor office
The key opens it. Inside is a blue bucket of Unmixed Clay; the side room’s wall cabinet holds the Manhole Cover Key.
Open the Operations Office locker: 1893
The keypad is on the third floor and is not marked on the map. The clue is the year on the banner and the 100th anniversary notice. The locker holds a box of 12-gauge buckshot.
Set the roof clock to 10:07
You need the Crank Handle, which is behind a cracked wall on Church Hill. 10:06 and 10:08 also work. Then pull the candlestick in the third-floor corridor to open a secret room with the Cracked Wrist Watch memento.
Take the Blissful Mask
On the upper level, through the far-left doorway at the top of the meeting area, reached via the classroom. There is a coffee machine there.
Take the Weeping Mask
Use the Manhole Cover Key on the street drain, go down into the sewers and head left.
Make the Malformed Mask
Take the Empty Mould from the basement artist’s room past the furnace. Mix the Unmixed Clay at the cement mixer in Loomis Park, pour it into the mould, bake it in the basement furnace and pull it out with the Fireplace Tongs.
Place the masks on the statue
At Loomis Park: Weeping on the left, Malformed in the centre, Blissful on the right. You get Cable Station Bell F and the achievement Meeting Adjourned.
The Town Hall boss: The Driver
The hammer-wielding stalker in the Town Hall is The Driver. His first appearance is an ambush in the assembly hall that kills you outright, so do not try to win it. In the real fight you only need to hurt him until he collapses and flees; you finish him much later at Thelend Broadcasting, which is the achievement High Speed Collision. Players beat the Town Hall fight by staying close and dodging through his wind-ups, then hitting him with the crowbar or a shotgun blast, and punishing his ground slam. A Molotov helps. The Town Hall vending machine sells .38 bullets if you are short.
One guide places a second fight at the fireplace when you bake the mould; another covers the same step with no fight. Go in with a loaded gun either way.
Town Hall extras
- Hip Bag: crouch under the rubble past the basement furnace.
- 30 Days Sober Chip: behind the cracked wall in the basement gallery. Bring the Sledgehammer.
- Vessel shard: crawl into the fireplace.
How to break walls and barricades
- Cracked walls: the Sledgehammer. It leans against the well wall in the cemetery on Upper Church Hill. The cemetery gate needs the Cemetery Key, which is in a coffin in the Funeral Home: use the Funeral Home Family Key on the second-floor living quarters, drop through the hole in the floor, go through the door and head left. The Sledgehammer is also a melee weapon.
- Wooden barricades and plank walls: shoot them with the shotgun. That includes the Downtown barricade right of the green building, the diner shed wall and the Outskirts underpass.
- Boarded gates: the Crowbar pries them, as at Loomis Park. The Box Cutter cuts tarps and curtains.
Walls worth breaking with the Sledgehammer: the Church Hill wall hiding the Crank Handle, the Outskirts lighthouse wall (Motel Room Key for Room 3), the Union basement laundry wall (V Guitar Pick), the Town Hall basement gallery (30 Days Sober Chip), and the wall right of the Welcome to Riverside sign.
The five Gold Stars for the Rest ending
The Locked Ring Box in the Miner Diner restroom needs five Gold Stars, and its ring leads to the Rest ending.
- Rabbit Hole bar: on a cocktail table.
- Quiet Hour Cafe: beside the cowboy, after the cemetery and church section.
- The digging man: ring all the cable station bells and talk to him at each digging stage until he leaves. Take the Shovel from his caravan in north-west Downtown, dig the hole, and the star is in the crate.
- Crimson Bear Room 3: Sledgehammer the Outskirts lighthouse wall south of the ferry, climb to the Motel Room Key, and open Room 3 with 6671.
- The girl in the yellow raincoat outside Thelend Broadcasting: talk to her until she lies down.

Common mistakes
- Mistake: Copying someone’s motel gate code. Fix: It is different in every save. Read the Motel Guest Ledger.
- Mistake: Looking for a Town Hall office code. Fix: There is none. Basement ladder, jacket, Town Hall Office Key.
- Mistake: Hunting a clue for the clock. Fix: Nobody has found one. Set 10:07.
- Mistake: Trying to win the first Driver encounter. Fix: The assembly hall ambush is scripted to kill you.
- Mistake: Running out of coins for calls. Fix: Every call costs one, including the save line. Pick coins up as you go.
- Mistake: Hitting a cracked wall with the crowbar. Fix: Cracked walls need the Sledgehammer; wooden ones need the shotgun.
- Mistake: Stuck at 98 or 99 percent. Fix: Players report a map sliver near the Mt. Siah Kopa vessel shard tunnel that will not register, especially on console. Hundred percent unlocks nothing extra.
