How to fix Borderlands 4 ‘Your Settings Have Failed to Save’ error on PC
To fix Borderlands 4 launch errors, add both game executable files to Windows ransomware protection and firewall exceptions. Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Virus protection > Manage ransomware protection, then add the main .exe and the Binaries/Win64 .exe. Repeat in Control Panel > Windows Defender Firewall. Run as administrator if issues persist.
