Zemore Indie Games has launched the Steam page for Pooper Scooper, a physics-based rage game about moving cat waste from a litter box to a trash bin. The studio lists an October 2026 target window, though the release date on the store listing is still TBA.
The game is made by Filipino developers Hans Andre Abila and Arvin Padua. According to the publisher’s press email, players have no scoop button. Instead, they lower, raise, rotate, tilt and move the scoop by hand, and the controls are deliberately difficult.
Weight is another hurdle. The publisher says different shapes and sizes of waste affect how easily a scoop stays balanced, so players must choose between risking a full load or making several trips. Loafing cats wander and fly around each level, and bumping one while carrying a load can knock it to the floor and fail the level.
As players advance, the furniture layouts become more chaotic. Furniture can stack, block paths and hide the bin, according to the studio. Those obstacles push players toward carrying multiple loads in one trip.
An Alpha playtest is available, and players can request access through the Steam page. The studio has also provided a trailer, press kit and key art for media use.
