How to Submit a Request

To request deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to noreply@outputlag.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
  2. Include your username and the email address associated with your account
  3. Specify whether you want full account deletion or partial data removal
  4. We may ask you to verify your identity for security purposes

Request Process Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receiving your request
  • Verification: May take 1-3 business days
  • Processing: Completed within 30 days of verification
  • Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation when complete

Alternative Options

Before requesting full data deletion, you may want to consider:

  • Account Deactivation: Temporarily disable your account
  • Data Export: Download a copy of your data first
  • Selective Deletion: Remove specific content only
  • Privacy Settings: Adjust your privacy preferences

Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You will lose access to all account features and history
  • Any premium features or subscriptions will be terminated
  • We cannot recover deleted data after the process is complete
